Hi, I am Rebekah Hutchinson
I fell in love with photography during a GCSE history class and haven’t looked back since. What began as documenting the world around me quickly became a passion for storytelling—capturing real moments, genuine emotion, and the connections between people.
Since 2021, I’ve been photographing weddings, drawn to the energy, intimacy, and individuality of each day. I approach weddings in a documentary style, focusing on natural moments as they unfold—quiet glances, big celebrations, and everything in between—so you can relive the day exactly as it felt.
I hold a first-class degree in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography, which shapes the way I work: unobtrusive, thoughtful, and story-led. Alongside weddings, I’ve worked with charities including Compassion, The Donkey Sanctuary, and Shelter, experiences that have strengthened my belief in photography as a way to capture honest, meaningful stories.
Whether it’s a wedding, a couple, or a family, my aim is always the same—to create authentic, emotive images that reflect who you are, and preserve moments that matter.
FAQ
How long should we expect to receive our gallery?
Your full gallery will be ready within 8–12 weeks, depending on the time of year. Each wedding is edited with care, with a selection of sneak peeks shared within a few days of your wedding.
When do you take your break?
As per my contract, I’m entitled to at least a 15-minute break every 5 hours, but I typically choose to take this during the reception when guests are eating. If I’m shooting for 6+ hours, a meal is greatly appreciated to keep me fueled for the rest of the day!
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Unfortunately, I can’t control the weather, but I can work with it! If it’s just light rain, we’ll embrace it with umbrellas and creative shots. If the rain is so heavy that we can’t shoot outdoors or indoors at all, I’m happy to offer a discounted post-wedding couple shoot in your attire at a later date.
Are the travel expenses included in the Seashell Sale?
Travel is not included for The Seashell Sale Package, therefore travel and accommodation would be discussed and agreed in advance so everything feels simple and transparent.
What are your backup plans?
In the event of an emergency or something unexpected, I have a network of trusted photographers who can step in to ensure your wedding is captured. The photos will still be edited in my signature style. For full details, please refer to my contract.
Do we need to provide you with a meal?
If I’m with you for a longer portion of the day, a hot meal is always appreciated but never expected. I’m very happy to eat at the same time as your guests or quietly during a natural break in the day.

Picture time
This is where the magic happens.
We’ll keep things relaxed and natural - no stiff poses, just real moments. I’ll guide you when needed so you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Most people feel a little nervous at first, but that quickly fades. Before you know it, you’ll be enjoying the moment while I capture it.
STEP 04
Delivering photos
After your wedding, I’ll carefully edit your photos and deliver them through an online gallery. From there, you can easily share and download your images. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional prints or products directly through the gallery, plus enjoy a special discount on future sessions!
